Mix of rain and snow creates flooding on Cornwall streets

Mother Nature didn't spare Cornwall any rain today and city streets have some minor flooding. In one case, motorists were making waves on Water Street just east of Sydney Street as several inches of water pooled in the eastbound lanes. Municipal Works Division Manager Jean Cousineau tells TheCornwallDaily.com city crews are working hard to prevent flooding. (Play Audio) Cousineau expects to have roads cleared up by dinner time.
